Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to better understand visitors to our websites.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," which are text files stored on your computer that allow us to analyze how you use our websites. Information about your use of our websites generated by cookie files is usually transmitted to Google's server in the United States, where it is stored. We have activated the function of anonymized IP addresses (so-called IP masking) on our websites. All data obtained in this way will be processed anonymously. The data is intended solely for the purpose of evaluating website usage. Anonymity is ensured because Google will not associate your IP address with any other data it may have. Google may also provide this information to third parties if required by law or if such third parties process this information for Google.

If you do not want to provide anonymous data about your website usage to Google Analytics, you can use the plugin provided by Google at: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Once installed in your browser and activated, your data will no longer be transmitted.

Use of Google reCAPTCHA

We use the Google reCAPTCHA service (hereinafter referred to as reCAPTCHA) on our websites. This service is provided by Google.

reCAPTCHA is used to verify whether data entered on our websites (e.g., in registration or contact forms) has been entered by a human or an automated program. reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of website visitors based on various characteristics. This analysis is automatically triggered as soon as an internet user enters our website. For analysis purposes, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, duration of the user's presence on the website, and mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be transmitted to Google. reCAPTCHA analyzes take place entirely in the background and are not visible to website visitors.

We use the reCAPTCHA service based on our legitimate interest in protecting our websites from illicit automated browsing and spam.

Use of Google AdSense

We also use Google AdSense, an advertising integration service provided by Google, on our websites. Google AdSense uses cookies to analyze website usage. Google AdSense uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics) for this purpose. These web beacons evaluate information such as user traffic on these websites. Google uses this information to evaluate how you use the website in terms of the advertisements displayed on the website and to provide website administrators with reports on website activity and advertisements. Google also provides this information to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data it has stored about you.

If you are not interested in specifically targeted advertising and/or you do not want your data to be recorded and used, you can deactivate the use of third-party cookies on the Network Advertising website at: optout.networkadvertising.org.

By using our websites, you express your consent to the processing of your data, which concerns you and which our company and Google collect in the manner and for the purposes described above.
